Concerns & Worries

As a parent we recognise that there may be times when you feel worried about your child in school. The school works in close partnership to ensure that there is a good working relationship between school and home, with the interests of the child firmly at heart. To support this philosophy, our Headteacher, leadership team and staff are available on the school yard each day to help to resolve any worries or concerns, or just to have a friendly catch up. We believe that this is the best way to deal with the ups and downs that school life may bring. We also have our learning mentors and home, school and attendance support worker available during these times.

If you wish to make an appointment to discuss your child in further detail, we are happy to help. Appointments can be made in person with the school teacher or through reception.

If you feel that you need to make an informal or formal complaint, please read the procedure attached below.

For information regarding parent or carer expectations, and how we help to keep our school community safe, see our code of conduct.
