School closure information:

 

I love snow – as long as it arrives on Christmas Day or at the weekend! Unfortunately, the weather doesn’t always cooperate, so it’s worth thinking ahead and having a plan in place should severe weather affect the school day.

Any decision to close the school will only be made if it is not possible for staff to travel safely or if we cannot ensure that all health and safety requirements can be met. The safety of our children, families and staff will always be our priority.

As we move into the colder months, please keep an eye on weather forecasts and consider any alternative arrangements you may need should the school have to close unexpectedly.

If the school remains open, we will expect all pupils to attend as normal. Should a closure be necessary, I will let families know as soon as possible via our text messaging service to help you make any necessary arrangements.
